•Cirque Fitness – Our
signature class combines, acrobatics, pilates, ballet, with ground and aerial circus arts. We begin with a simple warm-up,
next students learn the basics of doing a handstand, finally we move to the fabric for strengthening and conditioning. Within
just a few classes you will understand basic climbing, fabric, wraps, and simple inverts. We provide a fun and supportive
atmosphere to challenge you like nothing you’ve done before! This class is for all levels. No experience required

•Kickboxing – Cardio Kickboxing is just a good fun class. Kick
punch and sweat your way to a hot body. Tried and true this workout never gets boring and you leave stress free to boot.

•Pilates Mat –Is based on the exercise method developed
by Joseph Pilates to lengthen and strengthen the body. Pilates mat uses the core muscles to focus on spinal
alignment and articulation for over all body health. You will leave feeling energized, long and lean. Mat work can be done
at any level.

•Stretch and Tone
– An hour long class based on dance warm-up exercises focusing on stretching of the entire body, with some light
toning added in to raise the heart rate for maximum flexibility This class is a nice intro back to fitness or a perfect class
for those wanting to work on their flexibility. Leave feeling open, relaxed and just a little tighter all over!

•Zumba Toning - When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba
Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio
work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how
to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes
and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

•Shake and Shimmy Burlesque (Offered as a workshop)– A
women only fitness class based on the elements of the famous art form. The class begins with a fun warm
up, continues to walking, prop work, and finishes with a simple “bump and grind dance routine”. This is a chance
to let out your inner bombshell, bring a friend and shimmy your cares away.

•Friday Night Dance Party - This class is a cardio dance
class for anybody and everybody. Each week features a different theme and routine from 80's to hip-hop to burlesque. The staff
takes turns teaching to ensure fresh music moves, and styles. Class starts with a fun warm up, moves to
isolations, continues across the floor and finishes with a calorie burning dance routine that inspires good sweaty fun for
just 10 bucks.
